Gateway setup-ICR2

I've been trying to work out a good setup for the gateway track,
converted from N2, for ICR2. The best I can get is around 180m.p.h. I
need some help on this one. Christ, I'm running an 18 degree front wing.

  Start with a decent Phoenix setup and tweak from there.  It worked for
me.
