Has anyone ever created a league/series for Hawaii drivers that like to
crash? Not that I would be in it or anything, but it might help to keep
these drivers out of the clean races. Just a thought.

I have NASCAR, but I'm not on Hawaii.

I was just curious, how do people handle the ***s?
Isn't there just that guy who spins around and drives backwards during the
crucial races and drives everybody bananas?

Does Papyrus ban those accounts? How does it work?
