NRL and Other Racing Leagues Ideas

After reading many posts about Hawaii leagues, NRL, and such, I
started to think about bowling.....That's right, bowling.  With many
racers concerned about not racing with the same people each time and so
on, I thought of setting up leagues like a bowling league, where you race
the same guys (and gals) each week.  Now how to work this with NRL, I'm
stumped.  For example, will a skill 2 racer not get to compete in NRL
with skill 10's ?

Will similar skill leagues offer drivers the chance to increase their
individual levels ?

Will it have to be set up like NASCAR, i.e. All Pro, BGN, WC to
accommodate different skill levels?   What will be needed to move up to
another division ?

These are only a few issues to be addressed before the NRL gets up and
running, and I think some discussion is needed now before NCR2 is
released.

Please reply with any ideas........

Good idea Darin, now how can we manage the pit stops to simulate the
beer frame?  :)

I don't know, Matt. But maybe on pit stops we can have a basket of
