AMD Tbird Is 1.1 worth extra $40 ??

I'm looking at the 1.1 ghz and 1.0ghz Thunderbird chips.  Pricewatch has
them about $40 (us) apart.  the 1.2 is another $40 above the 1.1.  Is there
much of a performance difference between these different chip speeds?

Theoritically a 1.1ghz is 10% faster than a 1.0ghz. So if you're getting 50
fps with a 1.0ghz, you should get 55 fps with a 1.1ghz. If it's linked to a
graphics card like a GeForce2 GTS or something like that, this will probably
be the same in reality: 10% more frames pumped out every second.

Is it worth it? That's what you must decide.
