Caution ... who to follow?

I am finding that the computer gets confused (or I do) when a caution
happens.  My spotter tells me to stay behind a car but I never see
that car or he tells me to let someone by and I stop on the track and
watch everyone pass me but he never tells me who to stay behind.
Ofcouse in some cases I get black flagged .... anyone have problems
with this too?

One thing you need to ignore is the first message he gives you as you
exit the pits under caution. (He'll tell you pass so-and-so. Don't do
it; pretend he never said it and go catch the field like you think you
should...)

So that means the spotter is telling you bad infomation at the cost of
memory and harddrive space on your computer... WOW what a concept.

Also ignore the message if cars just ahead of you pit and you don't.
Once it's realized the cars you passed are on pit road, that message
will go away.

How is it taking memory and hard drive space on your computer for the
spotter to give you incorrect information?  Do you people just look
for things to *** at Jim about?  At least he is here to answer
questions which is more than I can say for any other company.  Lay
off...
