F1RS Editor problem

Before I ask A. Baz I thought I'd ask here.
When I try to edit sound files with the editor I get a message [ error
75,Path/File access error ]. This editor used to work when I'd edit
sound files, now no go. I use the newest version 1.63. I also
reinstalled it, still no joy. No files are read only. can anybody tell
me what I'm doing wrong?
