Race wheel wait

Hi!

I'm waiting for my MS Force Feedback Wheel to arrive. Until then I'm using
the keyboard, which is a real challenge but hardly rewarding.

At the Glen I have a similar hot lap, 1:37. It's very hard to take the
corners without a wheel. On the other hand I recall a posting in this
newsgroup stating 1:06 with no driving aids, just the keyboard.....

Playing with the keyboard is horrible, I tried it earlier today, as my
joystick has given up the ghost. I honestly dont know how you can play GPL
with just on/off controls. Time to save up for a wheel I suppose.
