To news group i have a problem with my game. When i play championship in
esay mode i can get it set up for sunny weather and the same times it
give me races in the rain and it is not setup for the rain but also i
can not change my tyres to wet tyres becasue it want let me. Is there
any solution to this.

I haven't played in easy mode, so this may only relate to "realistic"...

Two ways:
If it is raining during the race warmup, switch to wet weather tires there.  
Go into the garage to do so.

Go to options (I think that's the name) and select the pictogram that gives
you sunny weather for all races.
