GPL seasons..how do I modify

I understand I have to edit the 67season.ini to see additional tracks.

When should I add a  track to gp.ini?
there is a utility called GPL season manager.. what does this do ?
Does GPL only look at 67season.ini and gp.ini? or can i add additional
seasons ?

67season.ini is used when you go into training, single race and
multiplayer races. Gp.ini is used for the championship season.

I guess GPL season manager is an utillity to manage those files.
