I wanted to wait before buying a FF wheel and
pedals until a few more are on the market but
the Thrustmaster may not be out until Dec/Jan,
the Saitek looks poor quality and I know
little about the Act Lab one. Therefore should I buy the
Microsoft FF which is out now?
I am impatient and want to play GPL using a wheel and pedals but
1) how do you change gears with the MSFF, and
2) can the two pedal be used independently for brake and gas?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thrustmaster should have their FF wheels out in the next couple of
weeks.  First stores to get them will be Best Buy and CompUSA.

Those paddles are actually my only complaint, they are just to small!
How about a hardware patch? ;^)

I'm thinking about somehow fixing bigger ones over the original ones...

Hehe.  That bugged me too :)

The pedals are first-rate though...

One other point.  I do not believe GPL is force-feedback capable, though
it sure as hell would help.  Man, that's a HARD game!
