I didnt try it but Ive heard from numerous people including the hosts of
Tech TV that it does in fact work and they did receive a IPOD mini free. I
never heard of ANYONE EVER getting money back from the Nephew of that
Nairobi :)

Youre thinking of Melissa Alan. I think she migrated to the political
firestorm over at the Flight Sim NG ;)

What's the point with this IPOD thing then? They ship IPODS to the first 50
on the list just to collect thousands of email adresses they can spam? Seems
like an expensive method for harvesting valid email adresses. But I guess
they get the emails to the people that most likely will respond to spam....

Youre probably correct, I dont know. I was merely pointing out the fact
that some HAVE received a free Ipod.

No, in order to get it you have to convince people to sign up for other
services. This girl tried to get me to do it and already bought some shit to
try to get it so I was almost trapped.

If I understood correctly their are a few of the signup sites that dont
require a purchase. YMMV though.
