Actlabs - have they gone bankrupt?

Have Actlabs gone bankrupt?  I've been trying to contact them for the
last two weeks about an RS wheel I ordered over two months ago.  I
ordered the RS on Oct. 9, and they promptly charged my Visa on Oct.
14.   But ever since then, I have not heard from them or seen my RS
wheel.  I've left 4 voice messages on their phone system.  You have to
leave voice messages because you never can talk to a human when you
call their 800 number.  I wonder if anyone even works there.  They
have never returned any of my calls.  I have sent them 3 emails as
well.  No response either.  I call their 800 number usually twice a
day.  I never get to speak to anyone.  Someone named Brian always
comes on with a recorded message saying he's on the phone.  For some
reason I doubt that.

Is Actlabs even a real company?  Do they even make any products?  Is
this some sort of web based scam that I have encountered?  Should I
call the police?

If you're considering buying a wheel from Actlabs, please reconsider.

I live in Vancouver where Act Labs is based, and picked up my wheel
directly from them last week. They are for real, although I dont know
why they havent returned your calls. I used the non 800 #, and got
through right away (twice) before buying. You might want to try that.
