With reference to the now imminent release of the Scotch mist-like GP2,
all you chaps out there think you're frustrated at not actually having
the game in your hot sticky palms....well, think what it is like for
your poor unfortunate partners who have had to listen to your rantings
and ravings since September 1995!!  I have had to counsel my bloke and
mop his sweating brow every time a release date has arrived but the
game hasn't.  I'm seriously thinking of leaving home for a few days when
it finally does come out - I'd just hate to be around if it doesn't load
properly or is not as fantastic as you all hope it will be!  If any
equally nervous partners are out there and want to join a support group
please let me know and we can all meet up in a nice little pub off the
Hog's Back and play something tangible like Snap while our other halves
play with their joysticks.

If the game is a load of tripe then I will personally send Geoff Crammond
and everyone else concerned with its production into orbit. After all,
they've given all of you budding Damons plenty of grief.

Well, she's not reading this, but if you could offer to take her off my
hands just for a couple of.....days? months? I would appreciate it - I
don't know how long I will play this!

Sorry, enough of a break - now, where was that CD.... :)

Cheers!
John

Well I'm on a company***up tomorrow, so I've asked my girlfriend to go
into town and get F1GP2 for me ( I've pre booked a copy with Electronic
Boutique), and then she's got to deal with a drunken idiot trying to
install the game in the evening, followed by vast amounts of swearing as I
struggle with sound and video setups etc !!!

I'll pass the info on to my girlfriend. I've already told her that she might
as well visit some friends this weekend, since I'll be glued to the computer.
