Hello,

i tried for hours this afternoon to break the 200 MPH limit on
Dave Noonan's Talledaga converted track for GPL, but only got to 199 mph.
Did anyone already break the 200mph limit (topspeed) ?

201 in the Eagle on low fuel, and I've seen a few people who can lap about 3
tenths faster than me.  It just takes some careful experimentation with your
setup.  Also, if you take a certain line, you can do it with no tire noise
at all.

I'm a little disappointed with Dega.  Somehow you can't quite get close
enough to draft unless somebody screws up.  Maybe a pace lap would help.
Michican, C***te and Texas on the other hand, are a blast!

Merry Christmas

200 seems to be a barrier for the Lotus, but the Eagle will do 200 on
the front straight and 202 on the back.

I'll admit too that a Pace lap would have been fun as well.  However,
we don't need a pace lap for the road courses, so...
