Now I want to create my own anyone know where I can find a shareware gif
animater??

Yep, but what OS are you using?
 I found this package called GIF Construction Set through the
Windows95.com pages... it's made by Alchemy Mindworks Inc. and it's
shareware.  Check it out at http://www.mindworkshop.com.
