GTR Finger cursor

Does anyone else lose the "Finger" cursor in GTR after a track loads and
then the screen displays "Race"?  It seems that the I have to wait until the
cursor reappears before I can click on "Race", sometimes the screen will go
to the next screen on its own.

The screen automatically loads on its' own in my version.

Right, sometimes it loads on its own, other times I have to wait for the
finger cursor and click on "Race"

1. FIA World GT Race (Mercedes CLK-GTR, 911 GT1, F1 GTR, etc)
