This is an old problem that is often asked.

The US and European versions of Cars sets are slightly different in
the fact that once cars has one name for the US, and another for the
Euro.

You don't say which version you have but as you say you got it from
IWCC in the US I would assume your using the Euro version.

Either get the Euro versions from the UK site (theres a link from
IWCC) or, you can download and use the small utilitiy that converts US
sets to Euro from The PIts.

The URL's are at the bottom of this message.

I am calling myself an idiot!!!
After looking into it further in The Pits I see that my problem is
common - as I expected. I have now downloaded the us2euro converter
and the game works GREAT!
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you Tony Johns (IWCCCARS) for the fantastic car sets; You sure
have put a bit of time into them. In one word - AWESOME!
Thank you "Jed" for the converter. You saved my life... and made me
look an idiot!

I believe that you have a European/U.S. compatibility problem.  Your game
is probably a European version and the car set is probably a U.S. version.

convert car sets back and forth.  If you have access to the Web, the URL is:
