Yes.  http://www.nmia.com/~chaser/sounds/index.htm Go here and pick up the file called BNK_0.BNM on the F1RS Sounds page. From that you can extract  the sound which has been notch filtered drastically with the center around 2600Hz. Or, you can use it as is.

    Does anyone know how to disable the annoying horn on grid formation?
    It seems it's set about 80 decibels louder than the other sound effects!!
