Where is Indianapolis track?

Where is Indianapolis track?

I went to buy the ICR1 track expansion pack, but noticed Indianapolis isn't there,
and it's not in the original ICR1 package, Sorry for not paying much attention,
but can someone tell me what game/box this track was in? Is it the "Indy 500
simulation" made by Papyrus that sold all by itself?

It is in the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Expansion Pack, which Papyrus will
still sell you for some $20.  "Indy 500 the Simulation" is the prequel to
ICR1 from around 1989.
