I am going to split axis pedals and need to find a Y-adapter for my
joystick port that has enough pins/conductors to fully support all

has conductors for pins 1 through 7.  Arrrgh!!!!

TIA

Don't know what pedals you plan to use, but the CH pedals ($38online) come with
such an adapter built in.  Just plug one end into the gameport, the other into
your GP1, and presto; you're cruising.  This setup served me well for some
time, before making the jump to a Logitech Wingman Formula (highly recommended,
and only about another $30 over pedals alone).  CH also sell a "Y" adapter
alone, which I expect would do the trick.

I split the axis on my T1 last night. Great improvement on control in
the corners, it just takes some time to get used to! I was losing hair
trying to avoid swapping ends in corners, now that is solved. Highly
recommended for any GPL *** (like me).

Anyway, i used a simple 6 foot joystick extension cable and tapped into
the cable for the extra axis. I wasn't able to find any Y adapters with
all the pins includes.
