There will be 43 ONLY if someone needs to take a champion's provisional.
Unfortunately, Papyrus won't let you even have the minimum 40-car fields
at most NASCAR speedway races.

Jeff is Mario's nephew and therefore Michael's cousin
Jeff Andretti drove in the 1994 Indy 500 then the NASCAR race that was on
the same day (Daytona????). As far as I know, that was his last indycar
race
