New to auto sims, just having picked up Nascar 1....okok I am hooked!
so now what? I am trying to choose from Nascar 2 with expansion pack or
Andretti Racing from E/A. Any comments? I have seen comments some on N2, but
not the AR sim.....any help appreciated

Andretti Racing- any good?

There is no comparison!  NASCAR2 is a true simulator, and Andretti is far
more arcadish (real word?)  ala NFS2SE.  Also, you can finally get a3dfx
patch for N2 from the Sierra FTP site. I  prefer the sims: GP2, F1RS, CPR,
N2, ICR2  Don't want to talk about how many hours I have spent at Spa with
GP2, or Atlanta with N2. :)

Andretti is definitely more of an arcade racer than a sim... but still
fun IMHO. If your goal is to fire it up and drive right away than
Andretti will do the trick. A nice feature is both open wheelers and
stock cars with lots of tracks. I also have N2, F1RS and Grand Prix 2.
Sometimes I enjoy an arcade style racer that requires little to no
brains to operate. If you have a 3dfx card the graphics are pretty
good as well.

P.S. I picked it up used for $15 and it is worth every penny although
I wouldn't spend much more than $20 on it. You may want to email
