Altec Lansing ACS495 speakers

Does anyone else have these speakers, i got them with my new dell, and
they are great speakers except for the fact that every once in
awhile...the volume control stops working, does anyone know how to fix
this...I have the turtle beach montego sound card, if that
helps...thanks!!!
