Hi,

   Just wondering what some of the speeds people have turned on the
straights, and what is their fastest overall lap.

Top speeds per lap are 240+mph, with records being in the 242mph range.
All those are run with Bucik engines at high outside temperatures. With a
FordXB at 75 degrees, about 240.5mph should be absolute maximum.

These lapspeeds translate into 250mph top speeds or more. Turn exit speeds
in good laps are about 229mph If you can leave a turn at 230 or more, you
WILL run a new record...
