Most of this is from memory so bear with me...there should be a sp3.0
readme file that explains this...but....the schedule is inside a file called
matrix.mc which "should" be in the dat folder. Now I can't remember but I
think sp3.0 already unzips the matrix.mc file for you..if so you should be
able to load it using notepad and look at the schedule. Bascially to stop
certain events just comment out the line in the schedule for the paticular
group..i.e. the beginner cars, or the GT cars etc.
put two / in front of the line...there are plenty of comments in the file
so you should be able to figure it out.
// means everything else on the line is ignored. Like a REM statement in
basic.
If the sp3.0 doesn't unzip the file you can use winzip or other zip
programs to unzip it...yes even tho it say's it's a .mc file your unzipper
can open and extract the contents. (the touring car mod has the same file
but it's called matrix.tc)
If you are adding tracks you need to make sure you follow the same format
as the other tracks. the #'s are for time in minutes so if you want longer
or shorter races adjust those #'s accordingly.
That's kinda nebulous I know, but it's been years since I messed with the
service pak...good luck.
