Codemasters, being Codemasters.. implemented a pretty stupid thing for their
codes in CMR3 (and I think Race Driver too?). Each game upon install
generates a random 4 digit ID, and all the codes in the game are based off
of this code. So, there is no single code to unlock cars. it's different for
each random ID. This way Codemasters can charge you to call their number and
ask for the codes.

But there is a utility online that will let you input your ID (found on the
"secrets" page ingame) and it will output all the codes (including the
all-cars) one and a bunch of really stupid other ones that you can type in.
