I am making available a new F1GP utility which allows you to edit in
Windows the Computer Car Setup and Aggression Factor in F1GP.
It is really a Windows interface for GPCSetup.exe by Dave Gymer and
GPBHP.exe by Trevor Kellaway, so credit must go to them. The original
sites for these files can be found in the text file enclosed with
GPWINSET.ZIP
