Just have to look on the bright side. After 2003 the rights will be up for
grabs again and maybe someone will get them will actually do something with
them. I don't know if the would but I'd love to see ISI dump F1 and switch
over to Cart. That is assuming Cart will still be here in 2004.  :)

Someone already said that someone ELSE has the Cart rights at the moment

If Papy have them - then they are just down right MORONS if they dont create
a CART sim from N2k2 - it would easier than the GT Mod for F12001 was.

Well nobody really knows for sure if it's exclusive or not.  One thing is
absolutely sure, Papyrus won't tell us anything.

   The rights are NOT exclusive at this time.  Champweb was fully intending
to produce a licensed CART version based on the F1 2001 or 2002 engine.
Last I heard that was still a go...It's gotta be a huge step up from the
drek Midway and Stallone have produced.
