Voodoo3 - Buying from the USA- Online stores

by Paul Malyn » Sun, 13 Jun 1999 04:00:00

Hi,

Does anyone know of an online store that will sell Voodoo3's ( any comp
hardware), outside of the USA.

I want to get a V3 from the USA, because they are a hell of a lot cheaper
then buying them here in Australia.Even when you you add, airfreight,
Convert to Aussie dollars and add Customs duty! The pricing of 3DFX cards in
this Country is a ripoff!

My problem is that I emailed 13 online stores during the Week, and none of
them do international orders.

Any recommendations???

goto www.cnet.com and check out the product range there, when you find the
card you're after click on the "look for best prices" link (or something
like that", it will take you to a page where one of the columns indicates
whether the store will ship internationally or not.

I agree, Aussie hardware prices suck!
