Hello everyone,

  I just got an Sierra InterAction magazine today, along with a NASCAR Racing 2 brochure.
It has it for order for only $29.95......

So,  it's saying availible NOW.....  Could be,  maybe it's not....

Has anyone recieved the same stuff?

It's available for you to ORDER now, but you won't get it until it's
available, when they'll send it to all the stores at the same time
they send it to those who pre-ordered it.  The advantage is you don't
have to rush down to some retail store, hoping there's a copy left.

I received my copy of InterAction a few weeks ago... It has N2 listed
at $49.95???
How come I have been reading all these posts saying it's only $29.95??
Are you guys pulling numbers out of the air......

something to look forward to this week in the mail.  It seems like it
always takes a few days longer to get to the Gulf Coast...
Thanks for the input and clearing up this situation,,, Now I just hope I
receive my upgrade card????

Then you obviously didn't get the "Upgrade to NASCAR 2" mail that I got.  Sounds like you
didn't register your NASCAR 1 game,  'cause I did.  =)

No were not pulling the numbers out of the air.  Friday I got this fancy
little pop-up style flyer in the mail advertising "Upgrade only $29.95"
offer ends 12/31/96.  The outside of the flyer is a nascar car with the top
off showing the inside of the car.  It does have a "special order code #"
whatever that is?? My guess is they only sent this out to people who
actually regestered their Nascar 1 game?

I think that if you buy NASCAR 2 directly from Sierra,
it's $49. Stores sell it at around $39 but include a $10
rebate offer. That's why NASCAR 2 is advertised as
$29.

I got upgrade offer too. But the big question is: Who will get it first?
Retail stores or the registered user. I can see it now. Retail stores
will have plenty in stock, while 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for
my copy from Sierra!

I think Sierra also offers a buy 2 get 1 free which may have
contibruted to the increase in price.

 Try calling Sierra. I got mine that way. (Yes, I registared N1) But instead
I got the rain check from Best Buy last weekend for 29.95 with no shipping
and handling. (S/H is $8 in the flyer). Kinda kills the "we'll give
registered user a deal" idea when the stores can match and technically beat
it.
