I'm one of the unfortunates who gets the dreaded "GPL 0.0.0.0" at the bottom
of the WinVROC screen.  So I went looking at the VROC web site for JavaVROC
to give that a try.  I found the release notes, answers to questions and all
kinds of other stuff, but no link to the JavaVROC program itself.

Can someone point me to it, please?

You don't need any special program, it is browser based.  Just click on the
"GPL1.2" option listed on the left frame.

I got that same message.   What I did was go into the setups where you enter
the GPL directory and extied.  When I restarted it worked.
