We've had several discussions here in the past about racing schools. Randy
Magruder and I went to the Skip Barber 1/2 day "Introduction to Racing"
school at Laguna Seca. If you're interested in our experience, we both

I went to Buck Baker Racing School and enjoyed it; however, I think I
would rather  save the money and get a mini stocker and race at my local
short track.

I went to the Richard Petty Driving Experience at Walt Disney Speedway at
Disney World.  I drove a detuned Nascar for eight laps.  It was absolutely
fantastic!!!!!

If you're a fan, do it!!

I have one bigger advantage that I used to be an instructor at  a
racing school! Git or what!

Still, I'd give my eye teeth for a go in a Nascar.
