The Pits TCTPP has it. That's a patch for Touring Cars based on Nascar2. Has
both 320i and M3

http://www.theuspits.com has a patch for N2/N99 that lets you race
Porche's, BMW's (not sure of the M3), Volvo's et al. Pretty cool!

Grand Touring (a new arcade racing sim just released) has the BMW M3. I just
got it installed and raced with it

Sports Car GT will feature the BMW M3, along with Porche 911's, Mercedes
CLK-GTR's, McLaren F1's, Calloway Corvette's just to name a few cars in the
sim.

Sorry, I had it wrong the first time. It's actually the TPTCC patch.
There's a link at The Pit's site, or the direct URL is http://www.tptcc.com
where you'll find everything you need! It even alter the stock cars so they
LOOK like they're BMW's, etc! Pretty funny seeing Jeff Gordan's car slung
low with 5-spoke mag wheels!! It even alters the dash and sounds!
