TOYOTA pickup driveshaft length!

TOYOTA pickup driveshaft length!

by Dan » Sun, 20 Jul 1997 04:00:00

Can anyone tell me how long the front driveshaft is on a toyota longbed
pickup? I would think most all of the 80 models would be the same. I
need this info as I have installed a 1982 corolla 3TC engine and 3 speed
auto trans in a 1975 toyota pickup. I need a driveshaft that is about
22-26 inches. This is the front half of the driveshaft that connects to
the trans. I think the longbed pickup would be my best hope as I know
the spine on the trans is the same just the length I am not sure of. In
1975 the front shaft connected to the trans with 4 bolts. I am not sure
what year they changed but about 79 might be about right.
Please help if you can!
Thank you,
Dan
