Can someone recommend a site which explains "how" to use these tools. I've
downloaded a couple of them but have had no luck making them work correctly.
Some of the new paintjobs for GPL are just too good to resist : - )

I suggest you download WinMip. It's very easy to use, and it works great for
other sims, too.
