Why do most race hosts choose no pace lap, yet full damage?  I can see no
yellows on a rather short race, but asking drivers to drag race to turn 1
without touching each other in an online enviroment just doesn't make sense
to me.  Any thoughts on this?

Kenny,

Damn good idea, I think.  After all this etiquette stuff is figured out and
filtered, we should have good races.

I agree on using a pace lap, I always us one when hosting. More realistic as
well.

I agree,
The pace lap is intrinsic in having a good start with fewer wrecks in turn
1.  I have been hosting with a pace lap, and almost every game I started has
had a clean start.  The drag racing to the first corner definitely causes
more wrecks.

We will need a *Plonk* system based on IP addresses :)
