We are working on them now. Hope to have them released by the end of
this week, or early next week.

I assume you already know that color and/or animated cursors turn off
all 2D acceleration with the original drivers.  The new drivers fix
this bug.  Unless Intergraph is working some miracles with the base
drivers Rendition sent them, I don't expect any major improvements.
From my experience with Rendition's drivers, while fixing some
problems, they are no faster than the original ones.

<SNIP>

I questioned them about the DOS drivers today, and was told they were not
on a ' things to do list '.  This booting to Win95 just to quit and play a
DOS game is getting old.

Oh, couldn't find a ACM today, so I bought a CH game card instead.  Are
these any good?  Actually, it's too late to ask now, isn't it?  :-)

And after hearing all the hype about GP2, I went and picked it up.
.........  it looked like a souped up version of World Circuit to me,  but
I will hold off commenting on it until I play it some more.   Darn it.
Wich it had a Reactor version!

Had a heck of a time figuring out how to set up my T1.

For this upcoming release, yes.  However, there is currently a project
underway to speed up the windows drivers quite significantly (to around
30 Winmarks on a P166 I believe), but that release will be a ways off.

Well, they originally said they would be out on Oct 30, so don't hold
your breath.

PS. Word has it that they are only addressing compatability in this
release and not performance.

I take it Eric, that the speed increase in Windows that was originally
talked about (or should I say rumoured) is down the tubes?
