To whom it may concern,

Well well well.  It looks like some people have some time on their hands
huh?  And even some money to run on Hawaii enough times!  I mean, whats
this about cheating on Hawaii to boost lap times?  Oh no! Who would do a
thing like that?  Cheat?  Who is cheating?  Hmmmmm, tough question.  But it
seems like some people have some answers to this question, or do they?  Yes
I am aware of people cheating on Hawaii.  I to have been a victim as many
of you have as well.  I raced in 13 leagues on Hawaii and won 7 out of 8
full seasons I have raced.  I am also the winner of "The NASCAR Racing
Hawaii Nationals" and the GoldenPro Hawaii Nationals.  Some of you out
there are reading this and probably saying, "He is still involved with Sim
racing?  I thought he quit?"  Na!  I'm still here guys! But for those of
you who don't know or recognize me, I am ChrisS from Hawaii.  But now back
to the subject about cheating on Hawaii.  It is kinda stupid if you think
about it like I do.  I have been e-mailed these cheat patches almost as
soon as they come out.  Let me name a few off.  One is to lighten the car
up, great for the superspeedway talladega.  I was also given one that
allowed me to raise my air pressure 10 psi, raise the front air dam another
1.5 inches, and also lower the rear spoiler another 10 degrees.  These also
helped at talladega. But what about the short tracks or Atlanta or
C***te?  Well, I was given a patch that let me have a faster engine off
the turns, I could pull the engine at 10,000 rpms, without blowing it up!
Another gave me more traction to where I could go wide open at Atlanta if I
set it at full potentail.  These are just a few that was given to me.  And
no, I will not allow anyone to have them.  I will not report who has given
them to me, but if someone gives me another cheat patch for N2 or N1, I
will turn them in!  And no, I do not know why I was given these patches. I
guess that i am just well known enough on Hawaii, especially Talladega, I
have had great battles with GT86 and SixPacMac.  These two I garantee were
not one of those cheaters.  Some of you have specualted that that Mr.
Huggins has all these cheat patches and has been using them with denial.
But there are two Huggins', am I right?  If I am correct, one does NOT
cheat but one (you speculate) cheats.  The only proof you have of this is
that he can turn 2 - 3 second lap times faster.  Hmmmmmm, let me think
about this a sec.  Wait a min! Seconds? NASCAR1?  Those two words, my
friends, do NOT go together!  the seconds addition was not put into the
NASCAR1 game, it was put into the NASCAR2 game.  So how would you know if
he was that fast?  Maybe 2 mph.  Maybe he just hit the setup.  Or maybe you
are right, he used these patches.  But you guys are wasting your time and
money.  I am not standing up for him.  I think, if he can't race without
cheating, then he is too CHICKEN, yes folks, I will say it again, CHICKEN,
to race against anyone with his own driving ability and setup knowledge.
And if he has a problem with that, HEY!  He can e-mail me and we can race
ead to head!  Or he can call me by phone and we can disuss his cheating.
But like I said.  Don't worry about it.  If you want to teach him a lesson.
Don't race in his race and see if he likes lappng his "bad air" from the
previous lap, because there won't be anyone in the race.  Hey, you might as
well!  Or do you like racing for second and third?  Just a thought.  I just
figuired I would throw a few sentences together, well, a FEW sentences, and
make an out of nowhere comment.  Just in case you have any comments, e-mail

http://www.racesimcentral.net/~smkart/redline/redline.htm  And if you are going to
race on NRO, join The NASNET Racing League at
http://www.racesimcentral.net/;It is up to you if you want to whatch his
rear bumper fade away every lap.  Thank you for reading this post.  Sorry
your eyes hurt.  Bye!

If you have all these cheat setups then I suspect you also of cheating
and maybe that is why You come to Huggins defense.  Send everyone those
cheat setups so we can all be on a level playing field.  Then lets see
if you can race in 13 leagues.  =
