You too huh. I ordered NASCAR 2 when it was first announced. When I
heard that the game was released I called the next day to see if mine
had shipped. They said it had. A few days later I called them back to
get the tracking number since I had not gotten it yet. I called UPS
with the tracking number. They had no record of that package.
I called sierra back and was given six different stories. I told them
to cancel my order since they did not know what anything about what was
going on. They said that they could not since the game was shipped,
they said this after I told them that UPS has no record of that package.
When UPS showed up the next WEEK I refused the package.
I called sierra the second week of February to see when they planned on
crediting my credit card. They told me that they did not have any
record of my package being returned in their computer. I told them I
refused the shipment in first week of January. They then did some
checking and told me that it had not been entered my their warehouse
that was in a different state. They also said it should take no more
than six weeks to credit my card. After the eleventh week I called them
up and asked immediately to speak to the HMFIC (Head mother ***er in
Charge), I did use that term. I asked them when they planned on
crediting my credit card and they said it was pending. I argued with
them for awhile saying that I wanted it done in the next 24 hours
otherwise I would be contact my attorney general. The next day I called
my credit card company and my account was credited.
Sierra- The model of inefficiency.
Avoid doing business directly with these idiots and go to CompUSA or
someplace like that. It is worth the trouble.
