CPR "Control in 2" Problem?

CPR "Control in 2" Problem?

Sometimes when I go to race in CPR it says "Control in 2" on the bottom of
the screen and the car is automatically controlled by the computer not
allowing me to drive and I don't know how to shut it off.  Is this a bug or
do I just need to change a setting or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
