It's been delayed about 4 times already...right before the release date, so
I am not holding my breath.

Put my name in for NR2002 at my local EB the other day and saw the RT
listing under my name--I had forgotten until then that I had pre-ordered it
way back when...

JoWood) the official release date is March 1st. Remember, previous dates
weren't official but estimates by retailers.

OK, make that delayed 5 times then...

And, while we are waiting, I hope someone is working on a track pack to give
us some "real" rally stages from that era.  The other problems are being
addressed in an upcoming patch, so I won't deal with those.  If the game is
good in the physics department, I'll gladly pay extra to have long,
realistic stages.  Network Q Rally Championship from years ago is more fun
than some new titles because they at least tried to replicate the real
stages (however crudely back then).  Why are real (or similar to real)
stages better?  Ask every rally organizer why they pick the roads they do
for the stages--because they are the most challenging and exciting they
could find.
