Why not give Thrustmaster a shout?

They sent me a new wheel assembly when my brake spring on my GP1 broke!
FOC!!

They told me that the springs on their own were not available, so it had
to be a new wheel.

Great support, i got it within a week US to UK 1st class air mail and i
didnt even have to pay postage.

I'm sure they will help you out.

Mike.

It will need to be replaced.  Give Thrustmaster a call and they will
send you replacement springs and can walk you through the process.  You
can attempt to e-mail them, but they have a spotty record following up
on e-mail.  They do however, have an excellent record with phone calls.
