N2003 'Hip-Hop'?

I've seen cars coming down from the wall, and on some occasions BEFORE
hitting the wall (ie. on the way there) bouncing on their springs in a
severe fashion, like those hip-hop loons who do that pouncy 'lowrider'
modification thing to their cars. I don't like it, N2002 didn't seen to have
this, and i'd like it sussed in the patch. Mind, top sim all round.

Is this happening in solo play or are you only seeing this happen to
other cars online?

This is offline with the AI cars, not mine. I should also add that this
isn't happening all the time just occasionally - it tends to occur most on
the SS tracks and the Coke one.
