NL - State Fairgrounds?

Hey, does anyone know if this track exists for NL?  Every other track
that was part of the 1970 NASCAR season that was not included in the
original game has been created, but I've never seen this track?  If it
is out there, where can I find it?  Or, could someone maybe email the
conversion (I assume you have to convert an existing track) file?
