The only one I have seen is a full arcade cab from Sega.

I doubt that it'll make it to the small screen as public awareness of
DTM is not very high in Europe, let alone the US market.
It's a shame as  the races are often excellent on TV, particularly the
Avus in Berlin and that airfield whose name I forget ( Diepholz?).
