F1GP2 Movie...

by gen.. » Thu, 14 Dec 1995 04:00:00

A lot of questions are being asked about the F1GP2 Movie, who's got
it, where it can be found etc..etc...   For now it can only be
downloaded at a certain html-page, but there it keeps timing out.
Now....  could someone PLEASE! post it in this newsgroup (i know it's
huge but the fans won't mind) It seems to me that that would be the
best solution e.g. no more questions about wich ftp site, could you
mail it to me, where can it be found......

You (who ever you are) would make a lot of fans very happy.

Thanks in advance...

NO!

some fans will mind.  My offline Mail system would download a huge
file that I already have, costing me a small fortune.  In the uk
just get a copy of PC-ZONE Jan 96 issue; since this has the demo,
indycar 2 demo, Destruction Derby demo and many many more,

Bob

I finally saw the demo movie and placed 5 snapshots on a web page for those who want
to see what the hoopla is all about. Check it out at:

I asked someone to e-mail it, and they tried to send it, but thier mail server only
let out about 1.5 meg, he couldn't get it to send more. I think it was the address
above, not sure. My dad got the file, it only took THREE minutes!!!! transfer at 38k
per second!!! I'm jealous of his connection! (he works at a university, his computer
is directly connected) If someone will tell me EXACTLY where to post it on a
binaries newsgroup, I'll try to send it over Christmas holiday from his computer
when I go to visit.
