How do You Race over the internet for N2?

I have been trying to find out how to race over the internet.  So far, I
have seen TEN.  Is there any cheaper ways of racing than this?  What is
the best service or way of racing people?

I have been using Kali95 for some time now.  It's shareware version
has a 15 minute limit.  The full version can be purchased online
for $20. (US)

The ping times required to run the big tracks should be less then
500ms.  300-400 is better, but 500 generally works with an occasional
jump or lag.

Once loaded, connect to www.wheretorace.com

Kali has their own site called RACING

You can also find local Kali servers with better connections, but make
sure they allow Nascar racing.....some don't want other games on their
server.
