    Sorry, but I have to disagree with you. Personally, I love to race both
F1 & F2 at Mosport.  You really have to work to make a pass as the track is
narrow, but it's done all the time in online league racing. The other
drivers have to react accordingly. It's easy to block big time.  But again
in league competition, blocking will get you a warning, then the boot.

Well...that's a shame, unless the blocker is infinitely slower than the
blockee, in which case it is simply a matter of obstruction and the blocker
should be turfed.

However, if two cars are racing and the one attempting the pass is so
prevented by the passee sticking to the opimal racing line and/or closing
the door when cornering then that's called "racing".
