If we post setups for NASCAR 2 on the RAS group we will be
eliminated from the NRO. When will the NRO rules be out
so we might know if we violating any NRO rules that would
prevent us from accepted by the NRO. For me, I live in
Florida and it doesnt appear I will have access to the
SUPER POPS before year 2000 unless I want to make long
distance phone calls or move to Tampa..

I loathe the cold weather. A move to Tampa (for me) right now, is

I sure hope they didn't change that policy when they changed the 'L' to an
'O'. It is quite CLEAR to me that fairness and the impression of fairness is
a major concern of Papyrus (as it should be).

If you make your own setups, you are free to distribute.
It sounds like this is going back to FastLaps obtaining the setup.
Don't sweat it. Just live your life, if NRL deems you "unworthy"
you probably wouldn't have liked thier rules anyways.
