Las Vegas MotorSpeedway in N2/N'99/N3?

Did anyone make a freeware LVMS for N2? That's my hometown track, and I'd like
to race it. Paying full price for N'99 just for trucks and a couple extra
tracks(including LVMS) doesn't exactly fancy me at the moment..perhaps when
the price drops a bit more.

Anyone know if Papy has released a list of what 18 tracks are modeled in n3?
